Buy these shoes for good arch/foot support. They run true to size, maybe slightly larger but I ordered the same size as my running shoes and they fit fine. They are well made. I get lots of commments about them in grocery store lines from people of all ages.

Definitely a shoe you need to break in a couple times before you can wear them the whole day. Socks seem to slide into the shoe. I’m not sure why. But you have to constantly tug your socks up. Based on the reviews I ordered a half size up. It was a mistake, they are like a half size too big. But they are great shoes; good quality, comfortable, and the retro design. I bought a half size bigger so I could put gel insoles inside - I like to have soft soles under my feet. My co-workers laugh at my shoes cause it’s winter up here and these are kind of summer shoes but I don’t care, I love them. I wore saddle shoes as a cheerleader in high school. Those were not terribly comfortable to break in, but these shoes were comfortable the first time I put them on. I have been wanting another pair for years and had a hard time finding them. If you like the look of saddle shoes, you will love the feel of these. I originally bought these for a Halloween costume and then to wear later on. I wore them all night the first time I put them on and it was like wearing slippers. They were so comfortable and the fit is perfect! Dansko Sonja shoes patent are perfect.

I love these shoes. Saddle shoes are great and when I got these they were everything I expected. They are really cute and went perfectly with my poodle skirt this halloween. They were not that comfortable at first but I wore them to go trick or treating and they didn’t hurt too much. First, it is tough to find real saddles shoes, so I was delighted to find these. Second, they are high quality, comfortable and just plain snazzy. I have been looking for fun but practical casual shoes for a few years and am delighted to have found these. The shoes brought back memories of days gone by and alot of fun times. Shoes are comfortable and are so cute with jeans. I bought these shoes because I really like the look of saddle shoes with jeans. I hadn’t realized that they wold be so comfortable! The Sonja patent clogs are so super comfy - no breakin time needed. I’ve been wearing them with everything. I bought this shoe to wear with my poodle skirt and am truly happy with the look and fit. It reminds me of the ones I wore when I was a girl in the 50’s.

These are fun shoes, are true to the size but maybe slightly larger than other shoes. They have good sturdy soles, although there isn’t much arch support. They look just like ones I wore in HS. I will wear them with my black jeans and bright colored tank under my white cotton jacket. They are back again, you know? They fit perfectly. I love them! It’s the hardest thing to find a shoe that my daughter will wear much less love. She loved them the first time we put them on her feet. She said it was the most comfortable shoe she’s ever tried. With her it’s all about the comfort and this shoe wins the gold.
