The shoe fits well, looks good and is very comfortable. I have used Dansko Cora shoes many times before and have always found them to be just what I wanted in both looks and comfort. The oily nubuck uppers used in these chukkas are made up of very good quality. I have worn Easy Spirit shoes for years. I bought this particular shoe because it was the closest match to another pair of these I had that is no longer available. From the moment I put these shoes on, they felt like I was walking on air! The only thing I do not like about Dansko Cora chukka is that they provide round shoe laces that simply will not stay tied. I do not know why so many shoe companies continue to use these shoe laces because I would think they would get a lot of complaints about them. I keep white shoe laces on hand and put a pair in that will stay tied (these are inexpensive shoe laces that I buy at discount stores and they are much better than the shoe laces that are provided with the shoes).

I have been wearing this particular brand name walking shoe for several years. The company has changed the name (they used to be called E-Race) but the shoe remains the same. They are the only “comfort shoe” that gives me the extra padding and support necessary. If you plan to wear a heavy sock, you should order up a half size.

They have always been the best fit for me and these are no exception. They are true to size, comfortable and have the support I need. I have bought this shoe in the past and have found it to be one of the best “walker” type shoes out there. I just love them. I bought this shoe because I have a neuroma and this is the only style that does not hurt. Its very comfortable and don’t have problems walking in them. Still looking for a dress shoe I can wear without hurting the neuroma. I have over 30 pair of shoes and these are the only ones I can wear. I found this shoe to be very comfortable. Since, I have purchased the same shoe in the past, I knew I’d be pleased.

I have always liked the way Dan makes their walking shoes and these were no exception. Put them on and did not have to wear them in at all. They feel sturdy and supportive without being stiff. I have found this shoe to be very comfortable and supportive of my often achy feet (I have an early stage of plantar fasciitis). Very good value also. You might spend a lot more $ and have less comfort and support in a walking shoe. I haven’t checked to see if they have any other colors - it looks similar to a lot of the nursing shoes I have owned in the past but right now, they are my walking shoes and I often wear them just because they are the most comfortable shoes for my achy feet these days.
